Santa!!!

Dear Santa,

We have been very busy but very good boys this year!
We transitioned well through a 2 part move & have eaten our vegitables & grown big & strong.

On our list this year is;

A sports climber
Our own kid sized table & chairs
A bus, firetruck & tractor to push around
Some megablocks to stack up
Puzzles
A toy vacuum
Bubble mowers to help our Grandpas around the yard
PreSchool Prep videos to get smarter
Leapfrog Tag Jr & flash cards
A train set
& extra pj's are always nice.

Kellan, Garren & Caden

Sunday while in Jacksonville we took the boys to see Santa. I really wasn't sure what to expect. Last year we carried the boys up, put them on Santa's lap, they snapped a photo & it was over before the boys even knew what happened. I don't even think they saw Santa. I knew it was not going to be that easy this year!!! Last year Donna was able to find a pass online allowing us to skip the long line, she didn't have that luck here so we waited... almost 2 hours! We went with my Dad & Bonus Mom, Autumn, Steven & Chandler. While Marie, Autumn & I stood in line, Donna, Steven & Dad walked all the boys around. They were still pretty restless by the time it was their turn. They went right up to Santa but were having no part of sitting down or on his lap. I grabbed a handful of candy canes to keep the boys busy & Santa tried a few different poses behind the boys, next to them & even on the floor in front of them. He was such a good sport!!! It came down to 2 photos & I just couldnt decided so the nice lady printed both :)

Here are some out-takes Steven took with my phone...

These are the shirts I made for them...

  1. Hi, I stumbled across your blog when searching for information about triplets. My sister just found out that she will be having 3 bundles of joy instead of just one. I would like to get her a Christmas gift that is just for her and will help make her pregnancy more comfortable. What would you suggest?

    1. Tell your sister CONGRATS for me & Congrats to you, soon to be aunt to TRIPLETS!!!
As far as comfort goes, A pregnancy body pillow, mine was made by Boppy, I got mine at Target. Also comfy pj like clothes with thin elastic waistbands for when she gets BIG & may be on bedrest :)

  2. I wanted to comment on your cloth diapering post, but there wasn't a comment button (that I could see). We're due with Baby #1 in 6 weeks and plan to cloth diaper. I get the same reaction you've gotten (although I imagine you got it much more with three!) and I was so glad to see your post. Then, of course, I got snoopy and started reading other posts-love, love, love! I'll definitely be following :)

    1. Thanks Ali, there are a lot of us cloth diapering mama's here in the blog world. Have you decided on a brand or type? I love so many I had to make myself stop looking so I wouldn't want to keep buying, lol...
Congrats on your baby!!! Do you know what you are having? Do you have a blog? I'd love to check it out :)

  4. Love those Ho Ho Ho shirts.
    Such cute boys.

My little boys still have a hard time with what they want. It's pretty much everything they see at this point :)
I'd say 5 and 6 are the magic numbers to independently picking ones own gift out from Santa.
