Cervix Check...

We went this morning to have my cervix checked again and to see the OB.

The boys all looked good, they just checked their heartrates which were all good :)
All of them were head down, Baby B has his butt in my ribs & kicks every so often, so that is a nice JAB! Baby A was posing really well, so we got a few nice profile pics of him & a 4D sneak peak at his face. He is so cute! We think he looks a lot like his cousin Chandler, at least the shape of his head does :) Baby B & Baby C didn't want their pictures taken so we didn't get any of them & we didn't get these pics on a disk either, so I won't be able to share them on here, but we go again next week for the boys check up & we should get lots of new pics then.

My cervix is the same, which is good! It hasn't shortened anymore and there is no "funneling" anymore. They will check it again next week just to be sure.

Everything else checked out good too. My blood pressure is staying where it has been at, so they are not so worried about that right now.

The midwife measured my belly again, LOL... it measured at 27 weeks (I am 20 weeks & change) She also said that the back pain I am experiencing is my ribs expanding & that 4 - 5 hours of sleep a night was really good for someone carrying triplets... WHAT!?!? I really need my sleep right now!!! I know it's just a few months away that I won't be sleeping at all.

Well that's it for now... it's nap time for me :)

20 Week Belly Photos

I'm up about 18 pounds, the doctors say at least half of that is baby, amniotic sacs, placentas, uterus, & breasts :)
I officially can no longer see my feet, lol...
My feet and hands are starting to swell a little and my feet hurt! when I stand for any amount of time.
I'm starting to feel the babies move more, they are crowded so I get a lot of pressure in my sides and my ribs and my belly changes shape depending on where the babies are.
Well here are the photos... Enjoy!

19 Week Growth Scan

We went yesterday to have the babies checked out, they are all doing great!!! They are growing good. I thought as they got bigger they would be easier to see, but as the tech said and we noticed, they are getting harder to photograph, 1 because they are getting crowded and 2 there are body parts everywhere, lol. Baby A is up to 12 ounces, Baby B is also 12 ounces, and Baby C is 13 ounces. The doctor was very happy with their growth. They have been able to get a look at almost all the organs on each of the babies and they all look good too. It's hard to see some things on Baby C because he is in the middle and the tech can't always get the right angle to see him from all sides, so I think they are still trying to get a better look at him.

The past few visits they've also been checking and measuring my cervix. It started out at greater than 5cm which is REALLY good, two weeks ago it was about the same, this week it was greater than 4cm. 4cm would also still be considered good (if thats what if had started out at) but since it is showing change and getting shorter they are keeping an eye on it weekly, If it keeps getting shorter it could mean pre-term labor :(  I'll get checked again next week and the doctor & nurse told me the signs to look for and that if I have any of them to go immediately to the hospital. So now we are a little nervous, but the doctors are at least aware of the situation and are watching it and are ready to take the nessesary steps to stop or prevent pre-term labor when needed.

Well here are a few photos of the boys... like I said they are getting harder to photograph

Baby A facing the camera

Baby B, I think it's the side of his head,
he has a hand above his head and of course his body and leg & knee

Baby C, side profile of his pretty little head & body and arm,
I'm not sure if that is his leg in front of him or one of his brothers?

Spelling Correction

Donna said she is not changing her mind on the names, so it is settled, YAY!!!
But as she was looking into the meanings of the names she found that the correct spelling for Kellen is Kellan.
So the names are: Garren, Kellan, & Caden :)

Traveling...

Apparently I have forgotten to mention...

I can no longer travel :(

When we got back from Florida and our scare while we were there, I went in for my doctor here to check everything out. Everything was fine, but I still had some spotting so they wanted me to stay close to home just in case. At each appointment since then we have asked about traveling back to FL, but the doctor kind of himmed & hawed about it without a clear answer. At my last appointment we asked again and got a strait NO! Even though I am not having any problems now, I am far enough along that they are concerned about pre-term labor. If it were to happen and we were away from home, I may end up stuck in a hospital someplace between here & FL with God only knows who as a doctor.

Unfortunately that means there will be no Baby Shower :(

17 Week Check-up & Stroller Assembly

Everything went great at the doctors today. All 3 boys are doing well. They all have heart rates in the 150's, Baby A and Baby B weigh 7 ounces and Baby C weighs 8 ounces. The midwife also measured my belly today. It measures at 21 weeks, lol...
My blood pressure is still high, they are just watching it for now. The bottom number is what they are most concerned with and it is ok. I was negative for sugar & protein, so that is very good :) and my cervix still measures greater than 5cm, so no signs of preterm labor.

Now for what you all really want... photos...

Baby A's profile along with hand/fist above his head
and knees  coming from the top right

Baby C's Profile

Baby B's profile with his mouth open and a hand going
towards it and a knee /leg

All 3 of their heads
All 3 of their bellies :)

Also this week Donna decided to get the stroller out of it's box and put it together. It was very entertaining to watch, especially since we have NO experience with carseats or strollers.

Here she is in the process and then of course modeling with her accomplishment, lol...

She did a very nice job setting it up, even
Haddie  wanted to go for a ride :)
