Well tonight I made the boys bow tie pasta, who doesn't love bow tie noodles?! The boys! They wouldn't even try them. I wasn't going to cook more pasta so I just decided to give them some of our spaghetti noodles. This is how it went...

Oh yes! Noodles. Peyton loves plain noodles with a little parmesan on them. She just picks up a handful and shoves them in her mouth. I never really thought of making bigger noodles for her to pick up! Thanks for the inspiration for less mess!
ReplyDeleteHahaha! I can just picture you now on your hands and knees picking noodles up off the floor! I know I've done that many, many times. Gracie LOVES spaghetti too but she can't eat it with a fork. When did you introduce forks to the boys. I'm not really sure when we should start working on that?
ReplyDeleteThat's what the dogs are for... Cleaning up food that hits the floor :)
DeleteI think I started giving them spoons & plastic forks around 1 year. I still avoid messes & feed them myself a lot, I shouldn't though! They are really good with forks but still prefer their hands. I'm working on letting go & letting them feed themselves things like yogurt & applesauce, they do well but like to play with the food & their spoons (& forks) a lot.
